We put this out late Thursday night before finally crashing into the bed, this being what we’ve coined as a “Video Tickler.”  After getting a LOT of feedback (including David G of Zillowputting it on his Facebook profile with the comment “THIS is why I love Realtors” and “ROFL”), we felt that it was finally time to put it out to you guys.  We encourage you to use this video on your blog if you wish… it’s knee slappin’ HI-larious!   Hat tip to Chris Lengquistfor having the cojones to be the FIRST to post this video and Michael Price for also finding the humor in this:

We would never do a Video Tickler without a reason.  This was the product of a non-Realtor-kid’s translation of a dinner conversation about the state of affairs in Real Estate and RE technology- no coaching, prodding or lipsticking on our part.  He showed us that we all need to take a step back and laugh a little at ourselves!  Single Pointe Realty in Austin gives more background about the video on our company Blog.
