My job at Single Pointe is to make sure in the application of technology that our clients are not lost in the mix. Human interaction during your buying process is important and I put in place processes that ensure you’re in touch. We never want our clients caught up in endless loops to get information- in fact, my job is to make sure you’re as informed as we are.

Another part of my position with Single Pointe is to make sure that homes are brought to you in an up to date fashion, that images are fresh and useful, and floorplans are current. Above and beyond that, I facilitate the marketing of all our homes whether it be builder inventory or resale. My job is to make sure that we’re balancing our internet efforts with our on the street efforts and that our marketing comes to you state of the art using some of the countries leading innovations.

With a changing landscape, and less and less hands on opportunities with clients because of real estate technology, it has become even more important that we maximize our time with you.
