I'm Lani. I live in Austin, Texas (jealous?). I am the New Media Director of Single Pointe Realty (and AgentGenius.com). I keep this blog as my personal take on the market, the business of Real Estate, and the agents that make up the profession from all over the nation. Sallie has pretty much destroyed any chance of me being screwed over by fannie and freddy. Complete racket! Not sure what to do about it either…

Fannie Mae’s stock is off by 81% today…wow…what a ride it has been over the past 3 years.
